Recruitment Consultant

  • Recruitment consultants are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to the positions with client companies. They liaise with client companies, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

  • Recruitment consultants attract candidates by advertising the role, by networking, headhunting and through referrals. They screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to their clients.

  • Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment consultants plays a vital role between clients and candidates

  • Advertise the role in the sourcing channels to attract candidates and build relationships with the candidates

  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work

  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client

  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews

  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates

  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree Holder

  • Driven, and Sales Oriented.

  • Ambitious, Mature and Self Motivated.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment (preferably from Recruitment Agency)

  • Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target

  • Candidates with Corporate Sales experience are welcome to apply

  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English

  • Able to work individually as well as a team player

Working hours:


Monday to Friday,


from 9.00am to 6.00pm
