About this Opportunity
IT assets are the cornerstone to running and growing a business. As an Asset Manager, you will
be responsible for managing, tracking and reporting on the lifecycle of hardware and software
assets or contract management issues. In order to fully use them and obtain the greatest value
from using them, these assets need to be managed throughout their lifecycle.
Asset Manager helps improve operational efficiencies and mitigate risk in a business. As a
designated Asset Manager, you will serve as the single point of contact for a client using Installed
Data Base and System.
Responsibilities
• Provide an accurate, up-to-date view of IT inventories.
• Track and manage IT and Network products and related contracts
• Provide proactive alerts about impending contract expirations and uncovered assets
• Provide detailed reports on inventory, including at-risk products such as uncovered
assets or products nearing last date of support
• Deliver metrics that demonstrate measurable value from using the service
• Responsible to resolve client and customers queries in terms of IT Assets and
• Contracts in a timely and accurate way
Requirements
• Native Japanese (or N1-N2 Japanese Speaker) with fluent English
• Have a high level of Excel mastery (macros, pivots, formulas and slicing)
• Be customer and solutions focused with at least 2 years of Customer Engagement
• Experience
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing internal stakeholders, ideally Sales,
• Account Management & Customer Service teams
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and client calls
• Be willing to undertake onsite visits and have attention to detail
• Be able to interpret data and be comfortable reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Must have a sense of urgency and able to troubleshoot
• Basic project management skills with ability to action plan and follow-up
• Team-player, but able to work independently and with minimal instruction/supervision vision
