Job Descriptions:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products

  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

To be successful in this role, the candidates will need to have:

  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa to liaise with clients.

  • Candidate who able to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will have added advantage to handle Hong Kong and Taiwan clients

  • SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call Centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.

  • Candidates are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.

  • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
