Customer Service Executives
Hiring 30 headcounts in Johor Bahru (JB)
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To be successful in this role, the candidates will need to have:
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa to liaise with clients.
Candidate who able to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will have added advantage to handle Hong Kong and Taiwan clients
SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call Centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
Candidates are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
