Customer Service Advisor – Voice Support

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist on a worldwide online payment system

  • Interact with customers via chat and phone

  • Support and help the customers

  • Provide timely support to customers through chat and phone

  • Handle customer’s concerns positively and professionally

  • Works with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support

  • Participate in additional training courses as required

  • Maintains and improves quality of service by giving recommendations

  • Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills

  • Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client

  • Adhere to the policies set by the company


Job Requirements:


Education and specific Training:

  • Educational Attainment: Degree or Diploma (Min)

  • Educational Background: No specific background but passionate in helping customers is key

Work experience:

  • Previous call centre experience (a plus but not required)

Technical skills:

  • Typing speed of 40 wpm, 90% accuracy

  • Computer literate – good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Soft and specific skills:

  • Native written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills

  • Good reasoning and analytical skills

  • Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situation

  • Good multitasking skills

  • Basic knowledge in finance and accounting


Job Information :


  • Full- time position

  • Language required: Japanese (Able to speak, read and write) and English

  • Working location: Penang (Bayan Lepas/Georgetown)

  • Working hour: Monday- Friday (9am to 6pm)

  • Must have good customer service skills

  • Local and foreigner can apply

  • Salary range: MYR 8K to 8.5k

  • Benefits: language allowances 1k+accommodation allowances RM600*(for two weeks until you are searching for rental condo you can stay at our hostel)

  • Flight ticket and visa arrangement will be done by our company.
