Telemarketer (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

Job Information

· Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase product

· Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.

· Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes.

· Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.

· Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

· Explain technical product or service information to customers.

· Answer customer questions about goods or services.

· Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.

· Maintain records of customer accounts

· Identify potential customers.

· Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

· Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.

· Monitor market conditions or trends.

Requirement :

· Able to speak in Mandarin Language as need to communicate with Chinese customers

· Highest qualification : SPM– Degree

· Full time position

· 5 days work 2 days off, normal working hours 9.30am-6.30pm

· No OT required.

· Training provided (8 days). Salary for training period will be paid if candidate joins 1st day of work.

· Commission included, average sales commission per month up to RM3,500

· Upon successful probation: 12 days Annual Leaves, 12 days Medical leaves and Medical Claim of RM30

· Accessible to public transport (MRT Surian)
