Senior Recruitment Consultant ( Based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

· To source suitable candidates shared by account managers

· Deliver placements to achieve an individual Joiner Number target in each quarterly period

· To focus on expanding the candidate base across different industries for placements

· Identify candidates for open roles, attract and retain them

· Manage, retain and grow Key Accounts

· Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data with Weekly KPI Report Submission

· Manage assignments with minimum/no supervision

· Keep up to date with the industry trends to capitalize on potential requirements

· Proactively build candidate network for often repeated role

· Establish, build and maintain good relationships with candidates.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment

· Knowledge in IT will be added advantage

· Ambitious, Mature and Self Motivated

· Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target

· Able to work individually as well as a team player
