Training Admin Customer Service Associate [W]

Job Description:

  • Answer incoming calls on hotline

  • Log in CRM for walk in customers within stipulated KPI

  • Handle enquiries at Front Desk and payment collection

  • Folder checking for assessment and follow up with trainers for folders not returned

  • Prepare assessment folders

  • Reply emails enquiries and assist with Learning Management system

  • Other administrative duties as needed

  • Issue receipts and file documentation


  • Diploma in any field

  • Experience in Customer Service is a must

  • Able to work with systems

  • Independent working with excellent verbal and written communication

  • Good MS office skills especially excel

  • Team Player

  • Working hours: 8.30am -6pm Every Sat either 8.30-12.30 or 12.30-4.30 PM
