Claims Associate
Job Descriptions :
Conduct audit check on internal processes such as applications and claims.
Verification of data against pre-determind requirements and maintenance of documents.
Compile and maintain SOP.
Work closely with the team for exceptional handling and any changes made to business processes.
Attend to escalated enquiries and maintain a systematic tracker of enquiries.
Collate, understand and analyse data/information/statistics.
Provide general administrative support.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications.
1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably).
Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written).
Positive working attitude with a high level of initiative.
Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information.
Detailed and meticulous.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
