Claims Associate

Job Descriptions :

  • Conduct audit check on internal processes such as applications and claims.

  • Verification of data against pre-determind requirements and maintenance of documents.

  • Compile and maintain SOP.

  • Work closely with the team for exceptional handling and any changes made to business processes.

  • Attend to escalated enquiries and maintain a systematic tracker of enquiries.

  • Collate, understand and analyse data/information/statistics.

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications.

  • 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably).

  • Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written).

  • Positive working attitude with a high level of initiative.

  • Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information.

  • Detailed and meticulous.

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
