Senior Recruitment Consultant (IT)
Job Information:
· To be based in Singapore
Responsibilities:
· Source suitable candidates for IT Roles shared by account managers
· Deliver IT placements to achieve an individual Joiner Number target
· Focus expanding across different industries for IT Contract placements
· Identify candidates for open roles, attract and retain them
· Manage Key Accounts through continuous relationship and account servicing activities
· Maintain accurate system and reporting of data with Weekly KPI Report Submission
· Manage assignments with minimum / no supervision
· Keep up to date with the industry trends to capitalize on potential requirements
· Proactively build candidate network for often repeated role
· Effective in recruitment time frame by ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner
· Establish, build and maintain good relationships with candidates
Job Requirements
· Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment (preferably from Recruitment Agency)
· Experience in handling IT roles
· Candidates with Corporate Sales experience with IT knowledge are welcome to apply
· Driven, and Sales Oriented
· Ambitious, Mature and Self Motivated
· Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target
· Able to work individually as well as a team player
