IT Change Management Engineer

Location: ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Performing change impacts assessment and identify key stakeholders

  • Developing a Change Management plan, including communication and training plans

  • Designing and executing communications, to ensure the message reaches all impacted users

  • Planning and coordinating training's, to ensure all users are properly prepared and trained

  • Measuring progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness

  • Supporting people and organizations in adoption of change, new tools or new ways of working

  • Collaborating among diverse teams

  • Change Management is part of Program & Project Management team in ST Engineering IT department, hence he/she would have the opportunities to work on multiple IT initiatives and support IT project demands as deemed necessary
