Assistant Manager Finance
Location : Singapore
Job Description
A) Accounting functions –
Handling source documents and to perform all accounting functions in preparing full set of accounts (including AR/ AP/ GL/ Cash & Bank/ BS/ P&L and others)
Preparing monthly schedules in supporting month end financial statements (both BS and P&L)
Performing monthly accounts verification's & reconciliation (including banks, customer, suppliers statements & other reconciliations)
Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of various management reports and financial analysis for the managements
Working with operation in P&L and cash flow projections
B) Taxation functions –
Handling computations for corporate tax, & their respective filings
Handling tax matters and queries & liaise with tax agent to ensure compliance with tax regulatory requirements
C) Statutory reporting –
Preparing statutory reports and their relevant filings required by regulations and law
Liaising with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
D) Others –
Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and internal control policies & their compliance
Manage the finance & finance related matters for overseas units
Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
A qualified accountant with degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification recognized by ISCA (or previously by ISPAS)
Proficiency in English language is essential (both speaking and writing)
Knowledge in job costing, cash-flows management are essential
Audit experience (both Internal audit and external audits) is an added advantage
Familiar with the IFRS
High proficiency in MS Excel
Mature and independent
Minimum 3 years proven hands on track records in similar capacity
Big 4 with good results and those with regional experience is added advantage
