Job Descriptions:

  • Lead System Team in Requirements Gathering, System Design & Development, Testing & Commissioning

  • Interface with end-customers to understand system needs

  • Manage development efforts, establish program, develop program plans and budgets, determine schedules and allocate resources for software development

  • Facilitate and coordinate full implementation of software delivery, including activities such as Quality Management, Configuration Management Planning, Iteration Planning, Build Planning, System Testing, Deployment and Training

  • Interact with and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects

  • Manage one or more projects within constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer requirements

  • Manage the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized university

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT project leadership and have gone through one or more complete SDLC cycle in a large scale software systems development and deployment

  • Certification in Project Management (such as PMP, CITPM) would be an added advantage

  • Experience in Agile methodology would be an added advantage

  • Good understanding in software development methodologies and tools

  • Strong experience in IT project management and leadership skills
