Location: KL Sentral


  • Strong understanding of Mac + Win

  • Decent Knowledge of G Suite

  • Good understanding of Network LAN and WAN

Activities: based on the mentioned scope, activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate effectively on IT specific issues

  • Perform system testing in a development environment

  • Identify and communicate possible IT process improvements

  • Escalate issues where necessary to relevant local or global departments

  • Review technical documentation providing input where necessary

  • Execute System related Installation/Operational Qualification and Validation

  • Work individually or within a team to support and deliver project requirements

  • Configure production line devices for Local and corporate networks and Database connections

  • Capture and take ownership of issues in the Jira IT ticketing system where necessary, following through to resolution

  • Perform machine imaging and Microsoft OS deployment

  • Provide and document System User Access via Active Directory

  • Manage IT Software backup inventory

  • Provide support to IT colleagues on occasion when required for other IT related issues

  • Communicate global system maintenance updates to production stakeholders and advise on necessary downtime

  • Assess Production Level Data prior to deployment

  • Support Microsoft Office Suite
