  • Senior Recruitment consultants are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to the positions with client companies. They liaise with client companies, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

  • Senior Recruitment consultants are partially involved in business development, it’s a role of client facing and sales oriented recruiter.

  • Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior consultants plays a vital role between clients and candidates

  • Execute effective business development initiatives to engage potential clients to use Company’s services;

  • Perform telemarketing to promote Company’s services to potential new clients

  • Be a Client Facing, sales oriented recruiter;

  • Make client visits to build and develop good client relationships to secure more businesses;

  • Have a good understanding of the clients’ business, industry, work culture and environment;

  • Negotiate Term of Business with potential new clients until successful closing of the account;

  • Achieve personal sales target assigned in the form of successful candidate placements, client billings or successful business leads generated;

  • Review and understand clients’ recruitment needs and requirements;

  • Source, interview, assess and match candidate competencies against clients’ requirements;

  • Manage effective recruitment time frame by ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner;

  • Establish, build and maintain good relationships with candidates.

 

Requirements:

  • Driven, and Sales Oriented;

  • Ambitious, Mature and Self Motivated;

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment (preferably from Recruitment Agency);

  • Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target;

  • Candidates with Corporate Sales experience are welcome to apply;

  • Able to work individually as well as a team player;
