  • 5 years of experience in providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management such as :

  • Schedule business meeting , GM appointment, reservation & etc.

  • Compliance for public official entertainment

  • Liaise with external organizations

  • Handling of claims & receipts

  • Administration ad hoc of company


  • Required languages : Must able to speak mandarin

  • Able to cope with fast-pace

  • Flexible & highly adaptable

  • Possess knowledge in petro-chemical related products and shipping terms are an added advantage
