Administration Supervisor/Manager
Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor/Manager to manage our oversea project expansion here in Malaysia. This role will need to coordinate and supervise daily support operations while planning the most efficient administrative procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assist in office and dormitory room initial setup for admin related issues, such as fit out, liaison with local government and vendors etc;
Assist and coordinate in Admin issues between head office and branch offices;
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and vendor management (e.g. electricians)
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Requirements:
Must have completed Bachelor Degree in related field
Must have proven experience for 3 years on administration
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
Note: Preference will be given to candidates that speak fluent English, Malay and Mandarin
