Recruitment Consultant

Location: Singapore & Malaysia


Responsibilities:


Recruitment consultants responsible to play a vital role between account managers and candidates.


The role is solely involved in sourcing, it has diverse and involves in:


  • using sales, marketing techniques and networking to attract candidates for your client requirements from client companies

  • frequent calls with qualified candidates to build and develop relationships;

  • developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;

  • using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;

  • headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;

Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;

Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programme. Track applicants and billings through the internal applicant tracking system (Training will be provided).


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • No work experience required.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
