Merchandiser

Location : Singapore

Responsibilities:

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Cooperate and support Buyers during buying meeting period.

  • Assist Buyers and Area Managers for administrative documents.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to Franchisees.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Send bar-code labels to suppliers.

  • Assist Buyers to key P.O. for Franchisees after every buying meeting.

  • Raise Credit Notes and Debit Notes.

  • Assist Buyers in ensuring proper claim management with Franchisees.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • Required skill(s): documentations, documentation plan, Credit And Debit Notes.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary (x 13 months) + variable salary

  • AL 15 days, MC 14 days
