Cooperate and support Buyers during buying meeting period.
Assist Buyers and Area Managers for administrative documents.
Ensure timely delivery of goods to Franchisees.
Send bar-code labels to suppliers.
Assist Buyers to key P.O. for Franchisees after every buying meeting.
Raise Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
Assist Buyers in ensuring proper claim management with Franchisees.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): documentations, documentation plan, Credit And Debit Notes.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.

Basic salary (x 13 months) + variable salary
