Assistant Store Manager
Location : Singapore
Aim/Objectives:
Groom you to become a Store Manager to take over Company’s outlets after sufficient on-the-job training.
To be responsible for the Store in the absence of a Store Manager.
To be responsible for the management of the Store in terms of sales, customer service, inventory and sales
General Duities
Provide pleasant customer service in accordance with Company’s service standards.
Optimize sales opportunity alongside customer satisfaction.
Offer product expertise to assist customers in their enquiries and choices.
Familiarize with promotional activities and advice customer accordingly.
Project a healthy and well groomed image as our representative of Company
Maintain the POS / Cashier with utmost care and ownership.
Ensure accurate payment and return of change to customers.
Ensure the accurate receipt of goods from Warehouse and other Stores.
Ensure prices of products are accurate.
Ensure products on display are well maintained and stock-up according to standards.
Ensure documentation of products are accounted for and accurately maintained.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Certificates or Diploma and above.
Required skill(s): store management, store and inventory, cash flow, customer service, Retail.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
