Assistant Store Manager

Location : Singapore

Aim/Objectives:

  • Groom you to become a Store Manager to take over Company’s outlets after sufficient on-the-job training.

  • To be responsible for the Store in the absence of a Store Manager.

  • To be responsible for the management of the Store in terms of sales, customer service, inventory and sales

General Duities

  • Provide pleasant customer service in accordance with Company’s service standards.

  • Optimize sales opportunity alongside customer satisfaction.

  • Offer product expertise to assist customers in their enquiries and choices.

  • Familiarize with promotional activities and advice customer accordingly.

  • Project a healthy and well groomed image as our representative of Company

  • Maintain the POS / Cashier with utmost care and ownership.

  • Ensure accurate payment and return of change to customers.

  • Ensure the accurate receipt of goods from Warehouse and other Stores.

  • Ensure prices of products are accurate.

  • Ensure products on display are well maintained and stock-up according to standards.

  • Ensure documentation of products are accounted for and accurately maintained.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificates or Diploma and above.

  • Required skill(s): store management, store and inventory, cash flow, customer service, Retail.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
