Participate in the formulation of the company's overall product operation strategy and be responsible for the implementation of the operational strategy and plan;
Pay close attention to industry dynamics and the status of competing companies, and timely adjust and optimize product operation strategies to continuously improve and optimize the user experience of products;
Responsible for research and collection of user experience, research and analysis of user attributes, mining potential needs of users, proposing related demand planning plans, user experience improvement programs and process interaction optimization programs;
Responsible for customer service management and training, handling daily management, emergencies and accidents in the product operation process;
Responsible for product promotion and business training, including but not limited to new online marketing product outline or system function optimization;
Have good cross-department communication and coordination capabilities and improve communication mechanisms with other business departments to ensure the smooth operation of various businesses.
Diploma or Degree in relevant disciplines
2-5 years of Internet products, experience in the operation and management of payment industry, credit card or internet financial products/ product ops role, Product Executive from FinTech companies;
Required Languages: Indonesian & Chinese [compulsory as will be liaising with China Counterparts] ;
Only open for Indonesian Nationality;
Pay attention to the user experience, have a deep understanding of user needs, and strive to provide better services to users;
Have good data analysis and communication skills and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
