Senior Business Development Manager (Indonesia)
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify, develop, execute and maintain relationships with key partners in Indonesia. This role includes a broad range of partners including telecom operators, mobile ecosystem operators (such as Apple and Google), media companies (such as TV, music, news, sports), payment partners, and public figures (such as creators, celebrities and athletes). The Senior Business Development Manager will ensure that these relationships meet the strategic objectives of partners and The Company and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Business Development Manager is the face of The Company to our external relationships and gets to work with some of the world’s largest and most exciting companies and highly influential individuals. This position is located in Indonesia.
Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness
Lead localized content acquisition efforts while establishing a diversified content network for products in the Indonesia market.
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct executive relationships with key partners of The Company
Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations to the management team
Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents (product, engineering, operations, legal, finance and more)
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience, with 3 years of direct partner business development experience in telecom, digital media, or the internet industry
Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Eager for challenges and opportunities, rapid learner with entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate ability to think strategically and creatively about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Be able to work across multiple time zones
