Business Development Manager - Completions

Department: Beijing China

Reports to: Product Line Director & China Managing Director


  • Responsible for the generation of business development plan and strategy to grow profitable revenue and market share of the CWI product line in China, Japan, South Korea & Taiwan.

  • Develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for incremental growth of the CWI business in China (North Asia).

  • Facilitates the formation of alliances or joint ventures.

  • Assures strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the organization.

  • Prioritizes product opportunities to maximize sales and profits.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal customers related to products/applications and services.

  • Develop Total Available Market for the CWI Product Line in China.

  • Develop Competitive Landscape for the CWI Product Line in China.

  • Identify opportunities for technology introduction/new technology development.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s ECRM or other sales management system.

  • Handles Special Projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 8+ years’ experience in related field.

  • Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.

  • Thorough understanding of products/applications and service of primary focus.

  • Good knowledge of products/applications and service of secondary focus.

  • Good business acumen.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Must be fluent in written & spoken Mandarin & English.
