Assistant Sales Director – New Zealand (Auckland)

Responsibilities:

  • According to the overall strategy of company, develop sales strategy planning and grasp the industry and the company's business development direction, to lead the team to complete the company's sales target.

  • Take charge of building and training sales team, have talented in creating high-quality sales team, and team culture.

  • Establish and perfect the rules and regulations of the sales and marketing department.

  • Provide trainings for the team and improve its capability.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience within property industry.

  • Strong understanding of New Zealand property market.

  • Diversified and multi-cultural team management experience and capability.

  • Experience in marketing planning and project management (no limit in countries).

  • You may accept at least 2 years of overseas residence and can adapt to long-time business trips and high-intensity work.
