Responsibilities:
Provides day to day oversight for the overall continuous Improvement portfolio across plants
Provide day to day oversight and direction to conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute on CI strategies that align with business strategies across multiple plants
Lead and direct CI work stream within the deployment to ensure a successful outcome for the overall deployment

CI project execution cadence management
Stable Ops Deployment
Manage and maintain the healthy CI project portfolio
Facilitate bi-weekly site/function CI project execution meeting
Manage risk, issues and remove barriers to ensure completion of milestones on task and annual CI budget (Productivity Target)
Lead and close at least 2 high impact continuous improvement projects annually
Contribute subject matter expertise by coaching members of project teams and/or site teams responsible for deployment
Develop and manage work plans, status reports, issue logs and other PMO requirements
Maintain CI deployment scorecards and dashboards to ensure identified improvements for Tropical Crush plants are successfully implemented and that the promised benefit and value are being captured, provide monthly/quarterly/annually results to management and leadership
Building capability within the deployment team and the organization;
Provide Kaizen Leader Training, SSDM (Statistically Supported Decision Making), other CI tools training as required.
Drive continuous improvement culture change for plants/sites, lead and coordinate
Continuous Improvement Best Practice Sharing (Project,5S,Operator Care, 5Y etc)
Monthly Continuous Improvement Newsletter
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required
60% traveling to Indonesia
Requirements:
BA/BS or Equivalent in Engineering
5+ years work experience, Familiar with manufacturing environment is an advantage
Have been trained with continuous improvement methodology, Certified Black Belt;
1+years direct experience to LEAD continuous improvement program for specific manufacturing or O&G or mining environment
Experience in applying core lean and six sigma tools in manufacturing environment
Have closed at least one BB level continuous improvement project
Must be able to speak Indonesian or Malay language fluently
Certified BB, grasp BB Level problem solving skills
Ability to facilitate small and mid-size team
Capability in below lean and six sigma tools:
5S, 5Y, 7 Wastes, VSM, SMED, Mistake Proofing, Visual Management, Pull and Push; DMAIC, Basic Statistics, Hypothesis Test and Tools
