Senior Operations Manager
Client:
An International Oil & Gas Service provider in Downstream Operations
Responsibilities:
The position will have the ownership and full responsibility of operations including HSE, P&L, Performance excellence, business growth in both Market Share and Profitability, personnel technical and soft skills training, contract execution and negotiation.
The preferred candidate shall be a Senior Manager specialized in the Oil & Gas Industry, with at least 15 years of experience in Directional Drilling Downstream Operations including 5 years of international experience. Experience in Asia Pacific area is a plus.
Candidate shall be a Self-motivated, task oriented, strong leader and winner mentality looking for excellence performance overall.
Requirements:
Education – University Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in P&L as well as in Balance Sheet.
A strong Track Record of re-engineering non-performing affiliates and turning them around into profit makers within short periods of time, increasing Sales & Market Share, streamlining operations and optimizing productivity.
A strong track record of effectively managing change and remaining profitable at all times, in highly cyclical business environments.
A Team based Management by Objective approach, using the tools of Total Quality Management strongly integrating Health Safety & Environmental factors.
A Team approach with excellent Leadership skills ready to lead and grow a young / dynamic group creating a strong organization able
