The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the entire pre-sales process is managed seamlessly for the delivery of exceptional customer experience. This includes, pre-sales order management, service provisioning, scheduling, contracts management and installation processes.
This entails working closely with both internal stakeholders from sales, procurement, finance and customer service teams as well as external stakeholders such as customers, appointed installers, and relevant vendors.
Perform all key sales support tasks in support of direct, channels and corporate sales teams.
Ensure seamless execution in the compilation of service application forms, preparation of tender documents, appointment & management of third party subcontractors/ installer, and scheduling for installation and/or service attendance.
Track all sales leads on a weekly & monthly basis and maintain key reports to track lead quality & sales effectiveness.
Attend & resolve all customer queries on all issues during pre-sales, sales & post installation processes.
Maintain key performance metrics on pre-sales operations
Minimum Diploma in General Administration, Business, Science.
Minimum 6 years of operations and/or sales support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point.
Strong team player
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills.
